Urban Waterfall, A Non-Dramatic Photomontage
Found a quiet and calming spot over in The Pearl after walking around near The Armory (Gerding Theater area). City Garden created this urban waterfall just off the street. I added some color and texture with two pics--one of a concrete wall, one of red, textured paint on an old piece of construction paper.

Well done, Linda! I can see why this is such a calming spot!
I like your use of texture.
Thanks, Judy, for your comments. I've been thinking a lot about photomontage since I met Carol last month. I feel inspired by her new blog, VisuaLeigh, in a way that is different from the way I feel in her classes. I keep wondering how and what to use to make my own unique art. Perhaps...perhaps.
You did well with this. Very pretty! --Carol Leigh
I just left a comment, but I'm not sure if it "took." Heavy sigh. I said I think you did really well with this. Very pretty! Now let's see if this shows up twice!
Thanks, Carol! It's kind of, well, non-dramatic. And you can't really see the photomontagery unless you know where to look. Oh well.
I set blog comments to be moderated so they come to me first for approval. So, that's why it looked like your first comment didn't "take."
