dailyeye > Grinda, a leafy island, (as compared those that are chunks of bare granite), is about 1 1/2 hours from Stockholm by ferry.  Swedes can camp, hike, fish, swim, sunbathe, sail, and escape city life at the island.
dailyeye > A large villa was built on Grinda in 1908 which is now Grinda Wärdshus Hotell & Konferens.  We stayed in one of the chalet-style rooms.
