My friend, June, and I drove out to see what was happening at Sauvie Island today. It reminded me a lot of The Netherlands for its pastoral setting, the narrow roads, and the dike all around. This photo is the Columbia River side of the island.
This photo is a first attempt at getting better using layers in Photoshop Elements. I also experimented with a Topaz Adjust Filter I got on trial.
