Have been trying to make this photo for five years yet it was only yesterday, while walking my new used dog, that I saw the place to stand to get the ferris wheel to look like a circle. Awesome! Oaks Park, on the Willamette River, is over 100 years young. This shot is taken from the Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge side.
